We operate a website www.indev.cz. We process some personal data for the provision of our services, the sale of goods, and the operation of our website. The processing of personal data is regulated in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of physical Saturdays about the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (GDPR)

Processing of personal data Processing of personal data when using the contact form If you request our products and services, we will work with your contact details, which you will communicate to us, mainly through the inquiry form. They’re name, phone, email.

Processing of personal data in case of a purchase arrangement If you buy from us, we will work with the data you fill us in. They are mainly billing details: name, surname, address and phone number, email. For what reason? We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to supply you with our goods or services. We will also communicate with you via our contact details regarding the status of your order, or about complaints or your enquiries. We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, possibly for processing complaints and others). On what legal grounds do we process personal data? This is processed based on Art. Article 6(1) 1 (b) GDPR – Performance of the contract and Art. Article 6(1) 1 (c) GDPR – fulfilling our legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data? For the duration of our service and then 0 days after the last provision of such a service or delivery of goods. Who can access the data? Your data will stay with us. Nevertheless, we use email to communicate, and therefore your data will pass through the servers of the email client, i.e. its promoter.
